We are currently looking for a Senior Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join our team.

Ridgemont is a specialist law firm with offices in London and Bristol, providing exceptional legal advice to clients across the construction and real estate sectors.

We offer construction solicitors an attractive career path, particularly those who may be demotivated by the structure and limitations of larger firms. We value individual contributions and opinions, and we don’t have a pyramid hierarchy.

We are forward-thinking, agile and flexible, and we work hard to be the best at what we do. Most of our team works on a hybrid model, split between office-based and remote working. Career paths are shaped by individual strengths and passions, and employees benefit from our tailored coaching and training programmes.

We have worked hard to create a supportive, welcoming and empowering work culture. We want our team to have the flexibility, autonomy and freedom they need to feel valued and to thrive. A good work-life balance is an essential part of our offering as an employer, and this balance has helped us to create a high performing, highly motivated and successful team.
