Our Corporate & Commercial team works closely with our Construction and Real Estate teams to advise our clients on investing in or developing real estate, negotiating finance and security and negotiating option agreements and other commercial contracts that document your commercial agreements in a way that optimises your legal position.

The Corporate & Commercial team also work closely with the Ridgemont Real Estate team to advise those investing in or developing commercial property on all of their financing, banking and related security issues.

We draft and negotiate a wide variety of contractual agreements from joint venture agreements to bespoke shareholder agreements. 

We also advise on mergers and acquisitions, undertaking detailed due diligence, negotiating heads of terms and putting together the formal documentation you need to make your deal happen.

The team is particularly experienced in Ridgemont’s core sectors of construction and real estate, with clients ranging from high net worth individuals to substantial real estate funds and multi-million pound development vehicles, as well as lenders and investors.
