We are currently looking for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to join our team.

We are looking for a driven contentious construction solicitor who is passionate about construction law and has a solid track record of helping clients to successfully navigate complex legal landscapes, with experience in high-value disputes. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside leading specialists in this field and contribute to a highly successful and growing team.

Contentious Construction Solicitor – responsibilities:

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to construction sector clients including developers, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Take ownership of matters and support Senior Associates.
• Provide high quality legal services within an agreed budget.
• Convert leads and obtain signed letters of engagement.
• Represent clients in adjudications, mediations and in litigation.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and foster new relationships.

Contentious Construction Solicitor – skills and experience:

• 8 Years + PQE as a Construction Solicitor.
• Experience of construction law and dealing with contentious matters.
• Ability to demonstrate a client orientated approach and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an innovative and entrepreneurial flair.
• Strong time management skills, operating with urgency and pace.
• Strong appetite for professional growth and motivation to be the best.
