We are currently looking for an experienced Consultant Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join our team.

We are looking for a consultant with at least 8 years’ experience who is passionate about construction law and has a strong track record of delivering excellence for clients.

Consultant Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor – responsibilities:

• Senior solicitor providing pragmatic advice on procurement methods, transactions and ad hoc contractual issues, with a particular focus on JCT and NEC standard forms, although other contract forms will be relevant from time to time. In limited circumstances, assistance with some dispute work will be necessary.

Consultant Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor: skills and experience:

• 8 years + PQE as a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong time management sills, operating with urgency and pace.
