As the Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor your responsibilities are…
- Senior Solicitor providing pragmatic advice on procurement methods, transactions and ad hoc contractual issues, with a particular focus on JCT and NEC standard forms, although other contract forms will be relevant from time to time. In limited circumstances assistance with some dispute work will be necessary.
As the Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor, you’ll need to have the following skills and experience…
- 8 years + PQE as a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management sills, operating with urgency and pace.
