This month’s Newsletter looks at five common points to consider when drafting construction contracts, highlighting: scope of work, design responsibilities, liability for ground conditions, Building Safety Act issues and limitation of liability clauses.
There is also a reminder that Ridgemont provides bespoke training to clients and contacts on subjects of widespread construction industry interest, such as the Building Safety Act 2022, standard form contract amendments, non-payment and adjudication.
